St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School, founded in 1952 and re-accredited in 2017 by the Michigan Association of Nonpublic Schools, is an integral part of the St. Francis of Assisi Parish community in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our 35+ teachers work together encouraging students to discover God’s plan as they learn, care and lead. Specialized teachers are on staff for art, band, computer technology, library, music, physical education and Spanish-language instruction. Student enrollment is over 400 in Washtenaw County’s largest Catholic elementary school. Centrally located in Ann Arbor, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School offers co-ed classes in preschool through eighth grade.
1)Spring 2020 Coaching Positions – Middle School Track and Field Assistant Coach
-Responsible for the coaching activities for the designated sport, as appropriate.
-Works in collaboration and cooperation with the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
-Adheres to all MHSAA policies and procedures as well as regulations imposed by St. Francis School.
-Enforces discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.
-Must complete or show proof of previous completion of a Live Virtus training.
-Pay is dependent on qualifications.
2) St. Francis’ Extended School Program (ESP), which provides before and after school care for SFA students, is now accepting applications for a part-time, M-F position from 2:30-6:00, during the school year. We provide care for students preschool through 8th grade.
3) Substitute Teachers
St. Francis of Assisi School is in need of substitute teachers. Must have experience working with children in a classroom setting and have minimum of 30 hours of a secondary education.
