helps the poor & does not already get money from our tax dollars.
Please complete the St. Francis Parish - Possible Future
Special Collections APPLICATION.

Your organization may want to submit a request for a special collection.
Mail in a written request application for consideration in advance,
by August 1, prior to the year of the collection. (Please send in
your application as soon as possible because we want to get a date on the
calendar for you.)

In the request application please provide this informaiton:

a contact name;

organization name;

address;
-
phone number;

e-mail address;

web address;
-
organizational mission;
-
a statement that you do not seek to contradict the teachings of the Catholic
Church;

anything you think we need to know about your work;
-
a short, 250 word description about your organization which would be published
in the parish bulletin if selected for a special collection.
Please also e-mail the description to:
The St. Francis Parish Peace & Justice Committee will review
the requests that are submitted by the application process, and suggest
appropriate collections for the open dates.
The St. Francis Parish Social Ministry Office
sets dates for
these collections. Normally the date is on the third Sunday of the
month.
