Food Drive Coordinator Position Description

2008 Holiday Food Drive We, St. Francis of Assisi Church, have committed to providing groceries for the needy in our area with some holiday food & groceries. We will deliver the groceries to pantries here in Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti.

We need you to help by shopping and/or delivering on Sunday, November 23, 2008, to pantries here in Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti.

On November 15/16, 2008, Take an empty grocery bag (distributed at all the Masses) Go Shopping and purchase some of the items listed on the bag. (See shopping lists below.)

On November 22/23, 2008, Return the groceries in the bag At Masses.

On Sunday, November 23, 2008, Help Deliver the grocery bags between 10:30AM – 2:00PM. Come to the Gym. (Directions provided.)

Fill in and Submit the following Volunteer Form (Or, you may Return it in the collection basket or Fax it 821-2102 to the parish office) by Friday, November 21, 2008:
