How many times have you tried to reduce the stress and hurry of Christmas by making Advent a more spiritual time? And how often do you find that your efforts only intensify your stress because you cannot seem to follow through?

Take a break! Make a 3 day mini-retreat during the Second Week of Advent without leaving home or work! 

• On December 10, 11, and 12 we will send a very brief email reflection to the registered “retreatants” and include the link for prayer and reflection. You may listen to the reflection while at your computer or you can even download it to your iPod so you can listen later. THIS SHOULD TAKE NO MORE THAN 15-20 MINUTES IN YOUR DAY! 
• In the email message on December 12, we will include the name of a spiritual director with contact information. 
• Once you receive this, you may contact that spiritual director for a discussion of where God may be leading you at this time. 
• Finally, the retreat group will gather for a special Mass on Friday evening, December 14 with dinner to follow.
