Game Rules
Kentucky Roses
On April 24, we will be selling roses for $25. Each rose has a sealed gift certificate(s) from a local restaurant / eatery, for food and items worth $25 or MORE! There are a limited number of roses, so plan to purchase yours early in the evening!
Pick a Winner
Purchase a chance to “Pick a Winner” for $25. For each purchase, you choose a horse from the winner’s cup. Each horse has a number on it. You get to take home the prize on the table that corresponds to the number on your horse. The value of prizes is $20 — $100.
One-of-a-Kind Silent Auction Rules
- To enter a silent auction bid, write your bid number next to any amount on the bid sheet. Bid sheets will have incremental amounts pre-written on them. Skip down or across the form as you wish.
- To be the “instant winner” of an item, enter your bid number in the “Guaranteed Purchase” red box on the bid sheet.
- The winner will be the number next to the highest bid amount at the conclusion of the silent auction.
- Educational Trust Fund Benefit representatives have the right to nullify bids that do not comply with the rules.
- Values assigned to auction items are provided by donors and/or artists. As you know, some items are priceless!
- All winning bids can be paid for with cash, check or credit card (VISA and MasterCard only) at the checkout table. Checkout begins at 9:00 pm.
- The bid payment for any item is to be paid in full by one winning bidder.
- All items must be removed from the Sheraton hotel by the end of the event on April 24, 2010.
