    • Monday 7PM, February 9, 2004: The First Planning Meeting for the 2004 Catholic Habitat House will be on Monday, February 9 at 7PM, at St. Francis School Library (St. Francis School at 2270 E. Stadium Blvd. in Ann Arbor, between Washtenaw Ave. & Packard Rd.) Each parish/community is expected to have a representative attend to help plan the 2004 House Build.     Catholic Habitat - Steering Committee Meeting:

    Greetings, 
    Our next Catholic Habitat House Steering Committee meeting will be 
    The First Planning Meeting for the 2004 Catholic Habitat House will be on Monday, February 9 at 7PM,  in the St. Francis School Library. 
     Each parish/community is expected to have a representative attend to help plan the 2004 House Build. 

    Please join us! 
    (The St. Francis School is just left (East) of the front of St. Francis Church at 2250 East Stadium Boulevard, between Washtenaw Avenue and Packard Road in Ann Arbor.) 

    The agenda will be: 
    1. Steve to give update on the January 26 Habitat Construction meeting and the proposed 2004 house design, work location and schedule. 
    2. Andra and Lonni from the local Habitat for Humanity office will give a talk about the program with a question and answer period following.
    3. Sr. Joanne and Shirley D'silva will discuss: past Fundraising issues/events and concerns.  Sponsorship changes/additions for 2004. 
    4. Barb Pott and Melanie Caughey to discuss Volunteer coordination and Phone Calling effort and concerns.  Volunteer Coordinator changes/additions for 2004. 
    5. Laura Stimpson to discuss past Food/Lunch Committee matters and concerns.  Food/Lunch Coordinator changes/additions for 2004. 
    6. Discuss possible Catholic House name change and sign modifications. 
    7. Scott to give an update on our web site. Changes/additions for 2004. 
    8. Other items of importance. 
    9. Mention date/time/location for next meetings for ALL parish reps and committee members.  1st or 2nd Monday or Tuesday of the month at 7:00PM ???    (???NEXT MEETING ???)

    Send a delegate from your parish if you cannot attend the meeting.

    The St. Francis School is just left (East) of the front of St. Francis Church at 2250 East Stadium Boulevard, between Washtenaw Avenue and Packard Road in Ann Arbor. 

    The St. Francis School Library is just inside the main front entrance to the school.  (The main school door has the handicap accessible ramp.)
