Small Groups can make the difference!
St. Francis Parish is a large and vibrant parish so getting connected can be challenging. Those involved in small groups consistently cite a greater feeling of community as well as better clarity in what it means to live out their faith on a daily basis.

Groups start after Ash Wednesday
Our main focus for discussion
this Lent will be based on the
book, Our One Great Act of
Fidelity by Fr. Ronald
This book on the Eucharist, the
central expression of our Catholic
faith, is filled with beautiful
insights on the many aspects of
the Eucharist. Rolheiser delves
into the history and meaning of this sacred tradition, drawing upon the insights of various scripture scholars, theologians, and church teachings. Our One Great Act of Fidelity is an investigation into the ways people secure their faith and belief, and discover true intimacy with God and each other. If you’ve wanted to know more about the Eucharist, join a small group this Lent!

Books are available for purchase for a donation of $15 in the church book rack and parish office. Electronic versions are also available from Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
There is a perfect group waiting for you
New groups typically form in the fall and during Lent. We have small groups for everyone - some in the evening, some during the day; some are open to all, others specifically targeted for young adults, men, or women and one where moms can bring their small children and meet while they play in the nursery. To be connected to a Small Group or for more information, contact Janene Ternes at jlternes [at] stfrancisa2 [dot] org or 734-821-2122.
