Attend the Parish Picnic - Sunday, September 7.  Join us for the 12:30 Mass outdoors followed by a Picnic Around the World, a celebration of the rich diversity of our parish including music and foods from many countries, Bingo for all ages and games for the children.   Volunteers are still needed.  Sign up online to help for an hour.

Are you or someone you know interested in becoming Catholic? Come, join with others on this journey as they learn about the faith. Our sessions begin Sunday, September 14.

The annual Senior Recognition Mass and Luncheon is Thursday, September 18 at St. Andrew, Saline.  Please make your reservation for lunch by September 5.

Enjoy a day of golf at Travis Pointe Country Club on Monday, September 22 on behalf of our school’s Tuition Assistance Fund.  The Outing will include lots of great raffle prizes, such as a Tiger Woods autographed golf bag.  See the bulletin to register.

Sign up today for the School of Discipleship which reopens on September 23. Salvation History will be taught by Jim Miller.

During October, we will be celebrating and learning about the life of our patron St. Francis of Assisi. Our month of celebration will open with our regular Saturday 5pm Mass on October 4 and a dinner event called “An Evening in Assisi with St. Francis” during which Mark Price will present “St. Francis of Assisi---in His Own Words”. Reservations for this event must be in by Sept 26.  There will be lots of other events and presentations during October so keep an eye on the bulletin.

Labor Day Mass will be at 9:15 AM in the main church on Monday, Sept 1st.  Why not begin the holiday by giving thanks to God for our ability to further his creation by our work and labor?

All HS youth are invited to the kick-off party this Friday, September 4 at 6:30. Join us in the youth room for a pizza party. Sunday night youth groups will begin next week on September 7.
